ADMINISTRATOR: Assigning multiple appraisees to an appraiser

This article is intended for the information of users with an Administrator system role on their account, and would not be relevant for non-administrator users.


To allocate many appraisees to an appraiser at once, please follow these steps:


  1. Go to ADMIN > Medical Revalidation > Appraiser Management > Appraisers.
  2. Look up the appraiser by using search bar and/or filters.
  3. Click on the pencil icon next to the appraiser's name.
  4. Add or remove appraisees as needed.
  5. Click Save.


Once done, the appraiser will receive a system notification about being allocated a new appraisee or appraisees.


The appraiser needs be indicated by you as such under System Roles on their SARD account. Otherwise, they will not be listed on the Appraiser Management - Appraisers page.
